Founded in 2004 by Richmond native, Brad Groome, Bradford Custom Homes is known for attention to details and exceptional craftsmanship. A family history of home building and a passion for fine craftsmanship led Brad to custom building. He has  earned multiple regional awards within the local homebuilding industry. With over 20 years of experience, Brad has a solid reputation in his field.  He continues to remain personally involved in the construction of each home, ensuring homeowners receive a superior crafted and designed luxury home.

Bradford Custom Homes is a Richmond based family-owned business and member of NAHB and HBAR. Our award-winning team is comprised of Project Managers, Class A General Contractor, Design Coordinator, Associate Brokers and highly-skilled individuals and vendors whom are superior in their trade.
